GreenPoint Renewables LLC is pursuing clean Hydrogen projects in the Canadian utility sector and in Europe to bring our project development, engineering and financing expertise into additional markets beyond our United States operations.
Our European entity, formed under Netherlands besloten vennootschap (bv) will be the operating parent of European development projects overseeing country-specific entities. We are excited to expand our project development, our project permitting, our project construction and our project ownership into these new exciting markets to the benefit of the environment, the local communities, our customers, new local partners and our stakeholders.
We leverage our unique knowledge of the US Gulf Coast to site, permit, develop and operate industrial scale ultra-clean hydrogen facilities designed as critical inputs to low carbon fuels such as Ammonia, Methanol and Renewable Diesel.
